Breathing Therapy

Someone email me the following:

The nose has a left and a right side.

We use both to inhale and exhale.

But they are different.

And you can feel the difference.

When you have a headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe.

After sometime, your headache will go.

When you feel tired, do the reverse; close your left nose and breathe through your right nose.

After a while, you will feel your mind more refreshed.

The right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily.

The left side belongs to 'cold'.

This natural therapy without medication may be effective for you.

That is so interesting. I'm going to remember this and give it a try next time I have a headache.
Good luck on your daughter finding a good place to stay off-campus. I remember doing that and how nervous I was.
